Beycome is an incredible tool to help you rent your future abode. Not only will it let you help you save money, but our user-friendly platform will also save you time! We know that renting a home can be a significant headache.
That’s why we’re here to give you all of the necessary tools to make sure that you end up in your future dream home quickly and easily.
To get started, you’ll have to make an account. Creating an account is simple and takes seconds! Just go to the homepage and click “sign up” in the top right corner. From there, you’ll be able to create an account by simply putting your name, phone number, email, and password you create.
Once you’ve created your account, “Sign-in,” & you’ll be able to check out all of the potential homes within your desired criteria based on location, property type, price range, bedrooms, bathrooms, and more. From there, you’ll be able to see all the homes listed in the area!
Find something you love. Awesome! You can add a home to your favorites for easy viewing later on by clicking favorites up top, these will automatically get saved in your dashboard.
If you want to take it one step further, you can contact the landlord directly through beycome and/or schedule a visit based on the owner’s availability… you can even make an official offer.
After making an offer feel free to kick back and relax because Beycome will do the rest of the work for you! We’ll contact the landlord with your request, and if they accept, it will come back to you with an official contract. Then you will have the option to accept, refuse or counteroffer within a designated time period to make sure that both parties are happy parties!
