This home needs paint, floors, windows and the 3 bathrooms and kitchen needs remodeling. Electrical is great, there is more good than bad. Just needs a face lift. Please do not come to my home un-announced and tell me you didn’t read my ad, my 84 year old father sleeps late & wakes up late and has memory issues and I do NOT want him bothered in any way.
